We would like to stay connected to our young people attending college either locally or away. Please contact the church office or place a slip in the offering plate providing the name and contact information for your college student.

Grace Ladies Annual Flea Market is coming up Saturday, October 2. Start saving your good “fleas”.

A CHALLENGE FROM THE SOCIAL MINISTRIES COMMITTEE! Our special mission envelopes for September are designated to support Christian education locally. We are going to match your donations for the month of September, up to $400. The money donated will be split between the two Lutheran schools closest to Grace, St. John and Holy Ghost, and will be used for tuition financial aid. Several of our congregation’s children attend these schools and will benefit from this project. If your prayers move you to support Christian education in this way, please place your donation in the offering plate any Sunday in September and we will match your gifts!

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS: Please check each week for cards to sign on our book nook in the chapel. Social Ministries sends greeting cards on a regular basis to help brighten a day or celebrate a special event. The more signatures, the better! If you know of a member or friend who could use a greeting card, mention it to Carl or Helene Reisig or leave a note in their mailbox.

If you loaned the church office photos for the last directory and did not get them back, please check out the box in the chapel and see if any belong to you.
