THANK YOU’S:

Gladys Beningo would like to express her sincere thanks to the carolers from Grace, who visited her on December 23rd and for the lovely poinsettia plant and also to the members of Grace that took the time to send Christmas cards.  It truly brightened her holiday spirit to know that she was thought of and she is grateful to be a part of such a caring congregation.

Linda Gullo would like to also express her thanks to the Grace Lutheran Church Choir.  “Thank you so much for caroling here – the music was amazing even more so because it was sung by my friends.  It was a highlight of my Christmas.  Thank you again.”

IDENTIFYING ‘RISKS’ and ‘OPPORTUNITIES’ are key to estate gift planning. Risks identify costs and perils that could shrink values. Opportunities illuminate a full spectrum of available options. Many see these in limited view without spiritual perspectives. For more information, contact Robert Wirth, LCMS Foundation Gift Planner @ robert.wirth (at) lfnd (dot) org or 716-863-4427.

THANK YOU for your generous donations to our December special mission, Niagara Falls Meals on Wheels.  With matching funds from the Social Ministries budget line, we were able to send a check for $824 to this small, local organization that provides meals to the elderly and disabled in our city that do not otherwise qualify for government assisted meal delivery programs.  This will be a huge help to them as they begin their work in the new year.

OUR THANKS to Brittany Hoffman for volunteering to share her God-given musical talents with us while she has been on break from SUNY Fredonia, where she is pursuing her degree in Music Therapy.  Her solo this morning reminds us that “When there’s no peace on earth, there is peace in Christ.”

TAKING INVENTORY helps clarify estate and financial decisions that should be made. Cataloging assets according to their titles helps informed advisors relate relevant succession implications.
