EASTER FLOWERS: Today is the last day to place an order for flowers for Easter Sunday. There are forms at each sanctuary entrance. Please turn completed forms into the church office.
APRIL MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to support Heart, Love, & Soul in Niagara Falls. This agency is constantly expanding their services to people in Niagara Falls. Begun as a soup kitchen, they now offer two meals a day, a food pantry, a “necessary shop” for toiletry and cleaning items, a community garden, and a mobile food truck. Free haircuts, laundry machines, and showers are available for their homeless clients. Community nurses and case managers coordinate health care and other needed services. If you want to support the wonderful work being done at Heart, Love, & Soul, place your mission envelope in the offering plate during April or donate online to “mission of the month”.
CHOIR: We will have a short practice after worship THIS WEDNESDAY, April 6. This will be our last practice prior to singing on Good Friday (7 PM service) and Easter (10:30 AM service).
UKRAINE AID: Your gifts will be packed after worship today and delivered to Northgate Health Care Facility. The McGuire Group will move them from Northgate to the Dnipro Ukrainian Cultural Center in Buffalo, who will then ship them to Ukraine. Dnipro Cultural Center was founded by displaced Ukrainians after WWII, and they have maintained contact with the families and businesses they left behind. Because of their close contacts, they will be able to distribute your donations directly into the hands of those in need in war torn areas of Ukraine within a couple of weeks. Thank you for your loving and generous response to aid the people of Ukraine, our neighbors in Christ.
Check out the Library! Found in the “Ladies Lounge”, Grace’s Library is ready for you to borrow books for home. These books are chosen to inspire your faith through biographies, fiction, devotions, and more! Titles will continue to be added weekly as resources from around the church are processed.
The 2022 FLOWER CHART is hanging in the narthex. Cost for a centerpiece is $47, or you can choose two vases at a cost of $60. When you sign up for a date, please find the altar flower order form outside either sanctuary entrance. Completed forms must be turned into the church office no later than the Monday before your date.
BEYOND THE SURFACE Christian education continues this Wednesday, March 23rd at 10:00am. We will be looking at the following verses: Deuteronomy 32: 36-39, Philippians 2: 5-11, and Luke 23: 1-56.
