CHURCH OFFICE will be open this week Wednesday 7/6 and Thursday 7/7 from 10a-2p. For the remainder of July and August the office will have shorter summer hours. The office will be open Sundays from 9:30am – 12:00pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
JULY MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to support Lutheran Heritage Foundation as they supply catechisms, devotional booklets, and children’s Bible stories in native languages to countries throughout the world where the doors to sharing the Gospel are threatening to close, including Ukraine. Because a supporter of this foundation is currently matching donations dollar to dollar, every donation of $5 will place two books (instead of one) into waiting hands. If you would like to help share the Gospel, place your July mission envelope in the offering plate or give online under “Monthly Mission”.
BEGINNING TODAY and continuing through August, we will accept donations of school supplies, socks, and underwear on tables that are set up in the chapel and narthex. In September, all donations will be distributed DIRECTLY to our city’s children that are in need by their teachers and school nurses. Thank you for supporting our annual project to help our children.
