CHURCH OFFICE will only be open Thursdays from 9am-4pm for the next few weeks. If there is an emergency outside that time please contact either Dick Crawford or Mark Andrews.
NEXT SUNDAY’S READINGS are Exodus 3:1-15, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-8, 13-17, and Luke 20:27-40.
THE GLEANINGS submission deadline for the next issue is Thursday, November 13th.
ATTENDANCE SHEETS found in the bulletin assist us in making sure that all of our members are being cared for as needed. Please fill one out EACH WEEK and place it in the offering plate.
NOVEMBER BIRTHDAY lists have been posted at the narthex and parking lot entrances. We hope you will check out the list and offer birthday wishes and blessings to your friends at Grace. If you would like to request that we sing for a special milestone birthday or child’s birthday, please speak to Dick Crawford or an usher prior to announcements.
SOCIAL MINISTRIES MEETING: There is a meeting in the chapel after worship today.
OUR TURKEY & HAM collection has resumed and our new freezer is ready for your donations. All donations will be delivered to local charities that offer free Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for those in need in Niagara Falls.
NOVEMBER MISSION ENVELOPES will benefit Niagara Falls Meals on Wheels. They are a non-profit group located in Niagara Falls that provides nutritious meals to our city’s residents who cannot shop for or cook their own meals. They DO NOT receive any government funding for the services they provide. Because of this, they are able to serve people who do not qualify for other programs and might otherwise slip through the cracks. If you would like to support Meals on Wheels, use your mission envelope during November or give online by choosing “monthly mission”.
HARVEST FOOD COLLECTION continues until Thanksgiving. Requests for assistance are expected to rise quickly as the government shut-down affects programs that assist people in need. SHOPPING LISTS are available on the tables in the narthex and chapel that offer suggestions for the most needed items, but all non-perishable foods are appreciated. Our donations will support St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry on Military Road. Thank you for helping your neighbors.
ELECTIONS for the church council will be held after service on Sunday November 16, 2025.
Positions up for election are President, Secretary, Financial Secretary and Trustee.
If you have the desire to serve on the church council please speak to any member of the council, an elder or Pastor Bahr. Contacts are in the bulletin. Nominations will also be taken from the floor on the 16th.
