REMINDER: Young Life’s Fundraising Banquet is scheduled for Thursday, March 31, at 6:15 PM at Classics V Banquet Center on Niagara Falls boulevard in Amherst. If you have signed up for the dinner and your plans change, please let Dick Crawford know so that Young Life is not charged for a dinner that is not needed.
MARCH MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to support LCMS Disaster Response. LERT team volunteers (Lutheran Emergency Response Teams) work in all areas of the country, aiding the victims of hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, forest fires, and other disasters. These volunteers are trained to offer both material and spiritual support and often have “boots on the ground” within 24 hours of a disaster. If you would like to support our LCMS response to our brothers and sisters in Christ who are experiencing devastating events, please place your Mission Envelope in the offering plate or give online at www.gracenf.org to “Monthly Mission” during March.
CHOIR WILL PRACTICE in the balcony next Sunday, March 27, as we prepare to sing at our Good Friday and Easter services. New members are still welcome!
THE SOCIAL MINISTRIES COMMITTEE will meet TODAY after worship in the CHAPEL. Lunch will be served during the meeting. New members are welcome to attend.
Check out the Library! Found in the “Ladies Lounge”, Grace’s Library is ready for you to borrow books for home. These books are chosen to inspire your faith through biographies, fiction, devotions, and more! Titles will continue to be added weekly as resources from around the church are processed.
SIGN-UP FOR SIMPLE SUPPERS – The sign-up sheets for the simple suppers for the Wednesday evening Lent services are outside the sanctuary. There are three nights left and you can sign up to provide a main dish, side dish, drinks or dessert. We are also looking for someone to sign up to help with the set-up and clean up each week.
The 2022 FLOWER CHART is hanging in the narthex. Cost for a centerpiece is $47, or you can choose two vases at a cost of $60. When you sign up for a date, please find the altar flower order form outside either sanctuary entrance. Please complete the form and return to the church office no later than the Monday before your date.
BEYOND THE SURFACE Christian education continues this Wednesday, March 23rd at 10:00am. We will be looking at the following verses: Isaiah 12: 1-6, 2 Corinthians 5: 16-21, and Luke 15: 1-3, 11-32.
