MAY MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to support operating costs and help with updating facilities at Pioneer on the Lake (Camp Pioneer). After a couple of years of uncertainty, our Christian camp on Lake Erie in Angola is now debt free and ready to continue moving forward with their 75+ year legacy of Christian camping and programming. WISH LIST: Pioneer on the Lake has a list of items needed at camp this year. If you would like to support them in this way, please take a card from the wall near the parking lot entrance, purchase the item, and bring the item back before the end of May to the card table located near the piano in the chapel. We will see that your gifts get to our camp in Angola.
CHOIR: The choir will practice in the balcony after worship today. The next rehearsal will be on Wednesday, May 18, in the chapel at 7 PM. New members are welcome.
FESTIVAL OF HYMNS: First Trinity Lutheran Church on Niagara Falls Boulevard is planning a Festival of Hymns for June 16 at 7 PM, featuring guest organist and composer Jacob Weber from St. Louis. Anyone interested in singing for this event should contact David Werth at dwerth@FirstTrininty.com.
MISSING: The Altar Guild’s ironing board, normally stored in the closet in the Ladies Lounge, is missing. If you know where it is hiding, please let Ursula Zimmerman or the church office know.
Check out the Library! Found in the “Ladies Lounge”, Grace’s Library is ready for you to borrow books for home. These books are chosen to inspire your faith through biographies, fiction, devotions, and more! Titles will continue to be added weekly as resources from around the church are processed.
The 2022 FLOWER CHART is hanging in the narthex. Cost for a centerpiece is $47, or you can choose two vases at a cost of $60. When you sign up for a date, please find the altar flower order form outside either sanctuary entrance. Completed forms must be turned into the church office no later than the Monday before your date.
