THE GLEANINGS: Please submit any last minute articles or submissions by tomorrow, March 18th.
CHOIR: We will practice in the chapel today after worship. We will have our last practice for Holy week next Sunday. We are scheduled to sing on Good Friday at 6:30 PM and for the 10:30 AM Easter service.
GRACE LADIES: Bring a bag or two of small candy this week, Tuesday at 6pm, to fill Easter eggs for our Sunday School Easter egg hunt.
MARCH MISSION ENVELOPES are designated toward our Grace Benevolence Fund. This is a small fund that is reserved to provide emergency assistance to members or friends of Grace in times of critical need. Examples of past use include such things as paying an overdue bill to keep a family’s heat or electric working, or buying enough food to last until their next paycheck, or purchasing enough gasoline to allow transportation to necessary medical care. During our vacancy, requests for assistance are handled confidentially by the congregation President and/or head of the Board of Elders. Mission envelope donations during March will bolster this fund, which currently has a low balance.
