CHOIR: Choir will practice our Holy Week anthems in the balcony after worship today. We will be singing at the Good Friday 6:30 pm service and both Easter services (7 am and 10:30 am). There will not be a practice on Easter or on 4/27. Our next rehearsal will be on Sunday, May 6.
DONATIONS are being accepted during April to help stock the OISHEI CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL Comfort Carts. Admissions to Oishei are often unexpected and stressful for families. Volunteers at Oishei Children’s Hospital visit the young patients and families with Comfort Carts that offer them free items to make their stay more comfortable. Appreciated items include things like activity books, crayons, small toys, kids card games, and toiletry items. A complete shopping list is available on the donation tables in the narthex and chapel if you would like to participate. Jim Wolf volunteers weekly at Oishei and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this project.
APRIL MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to support the construction of a new 25-bed WOMEN’S SHELTER in Niagara Falls, to be located in the Niagara Gospel Mission on Portage Road. This will be the first ever emergency shelter for women in Niagara Falls who are being trafficked, abused, or who find themselves unexpectedly homeless. Women will be able to receive clothing, food, and spiritual care in areas completely separate from the Mission’s existing men’s shelter. Demolition of various areas of the building is already underway in anticipation of construction beginning this year. Your donations will go directly toward construction costs. To donate, use your mission envelope during April or donate online under “monthly mission”.
TREICHLER GIFT CARDS – Being sold by our Grace Ladies until Sunday, April 27th. Sign-up sheet on glass case in chapel. Cost is $25 – please make check out to Treichlers and give to Alice Moll or a Grace Ladie. Cards will be available here at church on Sunday, May 4th – one week before Mother’s Day.
SUNDAY SCHOOL EASTER EGGS: Grace Ladies will be filling 300 Easter eggs for our Sunday School students to find on Easter Sunday. All donations of small candies, stickers, toys & coins are greatly appreciated. Please place on a table in Ladies Lounge. Grace Ladies meeting is Tuesday, April 15th at 6PM with Sherry Cassatt & Virginia Markel as hostesses.

The Niagara Endurers’ Meat Raffle is Saturday, May 10 at Frontier Fire Hall. Doors open at 5 pm; first spin is at 6 pm. $15 per ticket, or $100 for a table of 8. Beer/Wine/Pop is included with your ticket. Ticket sales begin next week.
