MAY MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to support operating costs and help with updating facilities at Pioneer on the Lake (Camp Pioneer). After a couple of years of uncertainty, our Christian camp on Lake Erie in Angola is now debt free and ready to continue moving forward with their 75+ year legacy of Christian camping and programming. SUMMIT LIFE OUTREACH CENTER: From now until Father’s Day, June 19, we are accepting donations of new baby clothes, diapers, and baby toiletries to support Summit Outreach. Summit is located on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls and is devoted to helping young women who find themselves in unplanned pregnancy situations. Their “earn while you learn” program allows them to shop for needed baby items in the “Parenting Shoppe” with credits received for attendance at counseling and educational sessions. Your donations will help to stock their Parenting Shoppe.
BABY BOTTLE BANKS are available on our Summit donation tables. If you would like to support Summit in this way, take a bottle home with you and fill it with your spare change. Bottles should be returned to the church office, or to Alice Moll, on or before Father’s Day.
The GRACE LADIES FLEA MARKET will be held June 4 from 9 AM-3 PM. Come, invite your friends, and buy the treasure you never knew you needed! A sign-up sheet for workers is on the glass case. Also, setup help is requested each day from May 31 to June 3, 10 AM-2 PM.”
