DECEMBER 22: Two weeks from today, our Sunday School will participate in our worship service as we continue to prepare for the celebration of Christ’s birth. Our students will be assisting as greeters, acolytes, readers, and ushers, and will be singing during worship. After worship, everyone is invited to enjoy pizza, cake, goodies, and fellowship in the chapel. We hope you will join us as we observe the last Sunday of Advent with these special activities.
CHOIR: We will practice next Sunday after worship. This will be our last rehearsal before singing on Christmas Eve, so please plan to stay if at all possible.
ADVENT GIVING TREE: We are accepting donations for our Advent Giving Trees. Agencies we will be assisting this year include Heart, Love, & Soul, Potter’s Field, Salvation Army, and Niagara Gospel Rescue Mission. If you wish to participate, you can take a tag from the tree, purchase the item listed, and return it unwrapped to the table.
DECEMBER MISSION ENVELOPES will support HELP & HOPE FOR THE HOMELESS, INC., a local charity founded by Grace member John Loss. This charity is focused on helping a homeless or struggling individual or family through job training and associated skills. If you would like to support their work as they make a difference with their work, please donate during the month of December. John will be happy to answer any questions you may have about his charity and their purpose.
ONE SUNDAY REMAINS: Next Sunday is the last day to donate hams and turkeys. Your donations will help provide Christmas meals for our neighbors who cannot afford to feed their families. Your gifts will be delivered to our partner agencies after worship next Sunday.
LAST DAY to order your Christmas poinsettia’s. Please use the green form found in the bulletin or either sanctuary entrance.
GRACE LADIES CHRISTMAS PARTY: All Ladies (family & friends) are invited to join us this Tuesday, Dec. 10th at 6PM. It will be catered by Dudley Catering Company and costs $20 per person. See sign-up sheet on glass bookcase for more information and to sign up.
