TWO SUNDAYS remain to donate to our summer collection of school supplies, socks, and underwear. 82% of the students at Harry Abate Elementary School on 11th Street in Niagara Falls live at or below the poverty level. Your gifts will be distributed directly to the students at Harry Abate by their teachers as they determine each student’s need. Your help is needed and genuinely appreciated.
AUGUST MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to assist the flash flood victims in Texas. Over 135 people were killed by flood waters, including children attending a Christian summer camp. Hundreds of structures were destroyed, and hundreds are still homeless. We will be working with our church’s Texas District, which has guaranteed that 100% of your donations will go directly to aid those who have been impacted by the floods. To donate, use your mission envelope during August or donate online under “monthly mission”.
RALLY DAY is coming soon! Bible Class and Sunday School will resume in three weeks (September 7) at 9:00 AM with worship to follow at 10:30. Plan to stay for a picnic and fellowship after the service. Hotdogs, hamburgs, and drinks will be provided. There is a signup sheet on the glass case.
