TWO WEEKS REMAIN: We are accepting donations of school and craft supplies, socks, and underwear until Labor Day weekend for children in need in Niagara Falls. School supplies and clothing will be distributed directly to students by the teachers and nurses at Harry Abate Elementary School as they identify those who truly need assistance. Craft supplies will support Potter’s Field, as they meet with and mentor high risk children who do not have a stable adult in their life. Please remember this project as you do your shopping this summer.
AUGUST MISSION ENVELOPES are designated to support WINGS FLIGHTS OF HOPE. Medical air transport normally costs in excess of $15,000 per flight. Wings is a local, all-volunteer group of pilots and support staff who provide FREE air transportation to patients in need of medical attention at a specialized location. These are patients who cannot travel on commercial flights because of their medical needs. The pilots at Wings donate their time, planes, and all expenses. Please help us support Wings with your August mission envelopes, or donate online under “monthly mission”.
RALLY DAY PICNIC: We will share fun, fellowship, and delicious food after worship on September 8 at our annual Rally Day Picnic. Hamburgs, hotdogs, and drinks will be provided. Sign up on the glass case to bring a side dish or dessert to share if pyou are able. We hope to see everyone there as we celebrate the start of another year of Christian education opportunities.
